All the shipment to world wide by DHL or FedEx and it will take about 3 – 5 business days.
Once the shipment done you will receive an information which indicating the courier together with AWB#.
It will be easier for you to trace the shipment. Wrong shipping address, fake zip code or any other wrong information submited by the customer so that it will bear additional charge.
All the charge raise due to that will be on customers account. We could not send or ship any items to PO Box address, since we provide door to door service.
Import duty or any related fee will be on customer account.
RETURN & REPLACEMENT POLICY
If you receive the order is not in good condition such as the products is broken, damage or dent or incomplete, you may return the item by sending an email to email@example.com right after receiving it to get Return Confirmation. And the steps of returning will be led and informing by email.
Or you may ask a replacement of any broken item due to lack of handle and care during the shipment or due to quality problem within 60 days. In this case all the return and re-ship cost will be on our account.
100% refund is available for order which is cancel before the shipment or due to poor quality product received by the customers.
